Good fall break
Pros:

The amenities of the condo and the cleanliness. Loved the location to restaurants and the beach

Cons:

The pool was closed for 3 days of our 7, to redo the floor around the pool. We didn’t know this before hand, and that really stunk to not have. The ice machine also didn’t work, we were told at check in that it was being worked on that day and would be up and running that afternoon. The machine was broken the entire trip leaving us to buy ice.

It was lovely!
Pros:

The location was fabulous. It is not directly on the beach but an extremely short walk...steps to a private beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. The pool area was so clean and set up so nice and the water was warm. :) The white san beaches were spectacular and the ocean was beautiful.

Cons:

It could have been a tad bit warmer...but you are not really in control of tha!

Really enjoyed our stay, wish we had a little longer there.
Pros:

Lovely pool, helpful staff on reception. Spacious apartment close to beach.

Cons:

Needed a little paint in places and new silicon around the bottom of the bath. Fan wasn’t working in main bedroom, but there were other portable fans to use in the bedrooms.

Apartamento excelente, mas o banheiro...
Pros:

O apartamento é espaçoso para uma estadia para três pessoas (que era o meu caso) e tem uma linda decoração. Achei a cozinha bonita e funcional (com todos os utensílios necessários, incluindo detergente, bucha e panos de pia). Encontramos tudo limpo e organizado. A localização é excelente. Basta atravessar a rua e estamos na praia, que é maravilhosa.

Cons:

A unidade 229, em que fiquei, precisa de uma reforma no banheiro. A banheira de imersão ficou entupida todos os dias e, apesar dos nossos pedidos de manutenção, o caso não se resolveu. Foi bastante incômodo tomar banho, vendo a água suja se acumular, sem vazão. Durante um mesmo banho, tínhamos que desligar o chuveiro diversas vezes para dar tempo de a água escoar. O vaso sanitário também entupiu várias vezes. Relatamos isso à administração, que parece ter ido ao apartamento, mas não resolveu a situação. Isso me levou a concluir que talvez esse seja um problema crônico da unidade. Eu achei o apartamento tão bonito e espaçoso, além de limpo, mas acho que não voltaria. Esse problema no banheiro comprometeu demais a nossa estadia.

Também sugiro que a lavanderia passe por uma reforma e que a ventilação do local seja melhorada. Além disso, seria muito importante que as máquinas de lavar e secar tivessem instruções sobre o funcionamento e o tempo dos ciclos de lavagem e secagem.

Cute, but wish the toilet worked
Pros:

The condo was cute. The pools were nice. The beach was great. The only issue we had was the toilet didn't work when we got there, the bath tub backed up, and the sink backed up. We had to use the unit next door for the bathroom. Luckily it was vacant. There was no money back for the inconvenience. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Toilet, tub, and sink not working.
