BAD EXCUSES FROM OWNER AND THEIR MAID ALSO DON'T HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE!!!

Already lodged police report, we can't enter to stay even Indonesian maid already knew we have 1small baby, still not let us enter in room even we wanna pay by cash bcoz unable to do online transfer after 12am for RM150 as their deposit,my booking done before 12am
