Well-located basic city hotel with good-sized rooms at a very competitive price point
Pros:

Excellent location near Odori Park and the Tanukikoji shopping street, which has options for restaurants and shops that apparently locals (not just tourists) patronize too. Front desk staff kindly accommodated an early check-in (paid the early check-in rate for one room, and they waived the charge for the other), and were generally friendly throughout.

Cons:

Similarity in name with another TMark hotel in the city had me double checking the address several times to be sure I was navigating from the right one, and getting the pocket wifi delivered to this one - the Sapporo Odori - rather than the other one (just "Sapporo"). A very minor thing and I suppose they've done all they can to distinguish between the two properties.
