Pros:

Self check in was impossible even staff had difficulty checking in with my phone. luckily there’s staff there during my check-in, difficult checkin but staff were friendly

Some parts of the room eg toilet has mould, overall room has this musty smell, my clothes end up having the same musty smell too.

Cons:

Improper housekeeping. Shampoo ran out but never get refilled, need to go down to reception to request for shampoo when shower halfway. Aircon is very dusty and has loud humming noise.
