Pros:

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IT DOES NOT EXIST! We turned up for F1 and ended up with no accommodation at a time when rooms were a very scarce and expensive commodity despite booking 9 months ahead. It was still being advertised as available for future dates.
