If you are traveling to Sapporo with a large family, MP STYLE SAPPORO-35 offers a fantastic layout and a location that’s hard to beat. We recently stayed here and found it to be a very capable home base for a big group, despite a few minor organizational quirks.
Perfect for Large Families & Cold Weather
Finding a house in Sapporo that comfortably fits a big family can be tough, but this property handles it well.
Space for Everyone: The layout is generous, providing enough breathing room for everyone to relax without feeling like they are on top of each other.
Winter-Ready: Sapporo is famous for its chill, and this house is excellently kitted for the cold. The heating system is powerful and efficient, ensuring the entire home stays toasty even when the temperatures outside drop well below freezing.
Unbeatable Location
The location is amazing. It’s situated in a spot that makes exploring Sapporo incredibly easy. Whether you are looking for local dining, quick access to transport, or just want to be near the heart of the city’s winter festivities, you couldn't ask for a better starting point. It saved our family a lot of travel time.
Summary
If you can look past some cluttered closets, this is a warm, spacious, and perfectly located home that is ideal for families wanting to experience the best of Sapporo in comfort.
A Note on Organization
The only real drawback we encountered was the state of the storage areas. The house could have used a bit more "tidying up" before our arrival.
Storage Issues: While the living areas were fine, the closets were quite messy, with linens and extra bedding strewn around rather than neatly folded.
Impression: It didn't affect the comfort of our stay, but it did make the house feel a bit less polished than we expected for the price. A quick organization of the storage spaces would go a long way in making the place feel truly top-tier.
Location was fine, 10 min walk to the subway but we were in the area because of friends / family. Decent bathroom, comfortable beds, washing machine. Fine for a family stay.
Kitchen could have been better equipped (no table knives, drainer, dish towels) - small things would make a difference. Given the layout, if there were six people, there'd be little privacy for the two sleeping in the living room area (not an issue for us)
