All linen, bedsheets, towels full of stains and holes. It looks like they were used for a long time. Bed mattress fully uncomfortable, pillows were so bad that I had a headache and my neck was in such a bad condition!

24-hour check in, convenient location

Cons:

Heater did not work, no real description where to park, and worst part, extremely noisy, next to a busy road, and no noise insulation, as if windows were open all the time. Could not sleep at all.

Cons:

They asked for my passport via a third party email before check in instructions would be given. This looked sketchy so I asked them to cancel the booking which they confirmed they would do, but they did not do this in time, they cancelled the next day based on no-show after I again contacted them about this and I haven't got my 100 euros back...

Simple & fast, a bed in Zug to spend a night
Pros:

absolutely automatic, easy access, self explaining, no issues.
operational tasty furnishing, absolutely clean, mega calm, simple.

Cons:

location at the connecting street, really no human, anonymous.
