Pros:

The guards are very welcoming and understanding. They have a strict implementation of their protocol and its a good thing.

Cons:

This is the worst experience ever that we encounter throughout our travel. The owner doesn't know the property rules. We waited for over 3 hours for nothing. We dont even get inside the unit and have to book another place to stay. This was a huge hassle for us. We don't even have proper rest because of their lack of knowledge about the property rules. Our payment is refunded after 2 days
