The room was comfortable and clean and everything worked. The location was near the centre and the station. The communication was good and I was allowed to check in early. The place is a homestay not a hotel as it has no reception or staff on duty. There was no fridge in the room, just a shared one on the ground floor. The balcony did not really have a view or a chair to sit on. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and winding which makes it a struggle if you have a large bag.
The decoration and lights make it really cozy and pleasant to stay in. There is a frige downstairs for guests to use. The shower pressure and water temperature was always on point. Is located in an alley but looks like a safe area. There's families and children playing in there.
The location was convenient to us, but a bit far from more interesting areas for tourists. The room and shower area weren't cleaned properly. There were hairs, a lot of dust and spider webs a bit everywhere. The lack of sound insulation makes it difficult to have a good rest. There were some ants in the wardrobe.

Very nice design
It was perfect for a one night stop over after flying into Hai Phong too late to travel on to catba island. Clean, modern, comfy, great communication with host. It’s more on an air bnb than a hotel. ( self check in and out , pay by bank transfer or leave cash). Down a pretty side alley, quiet, close to shops and food. Was a perfect little oasis for us.

The property location is great, handy to the markets and to the railway. The property is quirky an alleyway that is bordered by families and gives a different view if city living. The bed was very comfortable.
The lack of kitchen equipment, the steel stairs that let you know everyone’s coming and going. The front door access key failed and luckily we had a PIN number instead.
