Einfach nur schrecklich.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht - es war ein sehr kleines Zimmer eher eine Kammer ohne Bad. Es wurde lediglich ein Klappbett mit schlechter Matratze zum vorhandenen Einzelbett gestellt. Man musste über das Klappbett in das andere Bett steigen. Das Bad wurde uns einen Stock tiefer angeboten, das wir mehreren Personen teilen sollten.
Die Besitzerin wohnt ebenfalls in dem Haus.

In der Nacht haben uns die Moskitos geplagt. Die Besitzerin meinte, warum wir den Mückenspray nicht verwendet hätten aber „eigentlich gäbe es ja um diese Zeit gar keine Mücken“.

Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen gebucht, sind aber gleich früh morgens wieder abgereist.
Wir haben keine Entschädigung eingefordert, die Besitzerin hat auch nichts angeboten.

Pros:

房东非常友好，别墅干净卫生，街边停车位充足，离市中心不远。

Cons:

空调坏掉了不能用，12月底的晚上还是挺冷的，虽然房东给准备了电热毯，但还是冷。

Pros:

Mariló is a wonderful host and will help you with anything. De rooms and bathroom were very clean, nice strong shower. There’s a fan in de bedroom and a nice patio in front to sit outside for meals.

Cons:

The bedroom has everything you need, but not much space around the beds to spread out all your stuff if you would like that

Pros:

Marilo was very friendly and helpful with showing around the kitchen facilities, giving important information to get to Seville city by train and free parking information.

Cons:

However, since it did not state in booking my room is on 2nd floor and bathroom is on 1st floor, was disappointed. Bed is not a really a double bed but two single bed put side by side.
Not senior friendly. Need to be careful with the bath and spiral stairs.

Nice, comfortable and in calm residential area
Pros:

Location in quiet suburb with good connection to the city by metro. Nice terrace, kitchen, bathroom. And very kind and helpful (only Spanish speaking) host.

Pros:

Marilo is a lovely, welcoming person. Everywhere very clean, access to a fridge/freezer and kitchen to cook. Lovely terrace to sit outside.

Cons:

The property is a 15 minute walk to the metro. (Much less by taxi). Once on the metro it is a very quick 10 minutes to the centre of Seville.

The room was tiny and Bathroom on a different floor.
Pros:

The Lady did not lie in the description but i did not do my homework well before booking.
It is an Attic room that is super tiny with two single beds. The bathroom is a floor lower and it is shared with a whole family.

Best place in Seville.
Pros:

Mariló’s place was lovely, located in a gorgeous quiet area. I was travelling with my sister and we needed a place to stay so we could have free parking and easy access to the metro to visit the city center. We had such a lovely welcome, she also went out of her way to give us tips on where to eat what to see, when to get tickets, where to park in the city, where to shop for cheaper. I will definitely stay here again when i revisit Seville.
Also walk to the stain has a lovely field of flowers which looks so gorgeous during sunset.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was absolutely amasing.

Fantastic
Pros:

The room and the property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The host is an amazing person and provided best of all the amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible. If I ever go back to Seville, I will definitely consider staying in same place.
