Everything looks nice but done cheaply. Beds and pillows are absolutely horrible, Air conditioning didn’t function at all throughout our stay and the landlord couldn’t bother to fix it. Cutlery and utensils in the unit are chipped or stained! The shared shower unit also has its flooring stained

The check in coordinator was rude and not very helpful. When I had an issue they were nonexistent. The place was not in good shape and I would not recommend anyone staying there.

Após o check-out, eles pedem 2 semanas para devolver o valor, mas já vai completar um mês e até agora não fui estornada. Venho pedindo um retorno desde então e a única resposta que recebo é que estão verificando com a gerência. Considero isso um desrespeito com o hóspede, que respeitou as regras e confiou no anfitrião, mas não teve o mesmo tratamento.

The host requests a $300 security deposit for damages or violations of property rules (in my case, $315, as I could only pay with PayPal – other payment methods are not accepted in Brazil and PayPal charges a service fee). After check-out, they ask for two weeks to return the money, but it's been almost a month and I still haven't received the refund. I've been requesting for an update ever since, and the only reply I get is that they are checking with the management. I consider this disrespectful to the guest, who followed the rules and trusted the host, but did not receive the same treatment.

We have not received the return of our security deposit, despite leaving the apartment in excellent condition in accordance with the agreed terms. The condition of the property at checkout is fully documented with photos and videos. Multiple attempts to contact the property management firm regarding the status of the deposit have gone unanswered.

The directions for getting in were a bit incomplete (had to figure out how to get into the building and garage with the fob) but outside of this, everything was excellent.

Property is a scam. They charge you a deposit and then don’t pay it back. Host ghosted me for 2 months.

The exhaust in both of the bathrooms did almost nothing and need a through clean to uptake any water from our showers. Our security deposit was never returned even after numerous attempts to contact them as well as contacting Booking.com.

The property owner took our $300 security deposit and never returned the money. We had to file a complaint and provide supporting documents to Booking.com to eventually get our money back.

The coffee maker wasn't working. Furthermore, the management took a long time to return our damage deposit, which negatively impacted our travel experience with them

The fact that we were asked to pay a damage deposit of £252 which we did straight away , but after 3weeks we have not received it back after several messages and several phone calls absolutely nothing , shocking customer service
Dishonest disgraceful behaviour !!
Avoid at all cost which is such a shame!!

En beskrivelse på hvordan man kommer ned til pool/spa, ville være godt. Det tog faktisk noget tid inden vi fandt den.
Det var dog noget bøvl at skulle ind i den anden garage for at komme til en dør ud til poolen, da vi ikke havde dørkoden til postrummet.
