Pathetic is very small word for the entire experience
Staff has only 1 answer - Nothing is in our hands, bear or leave

Take a dharamshala/ lodge/ but dont waste your hard earned money on them

Cons:

1. Lift not working - got room on the 7th floor, got trapped several times in the dysfunctional lift- No help

2. Forget about the shower & wash basin - Staying at their mercy for water supply
Imagine bathing with dirty water supplied in Fevicol drums

2a. Bathroom smelled like dungeon 🤢 gutter smells, water leakage everywhere.

3. Frequent Power failures

4 Staff behaved like goon

5. Tea was served cold every time & for 1 cup of tea, you have to call 12 times.

My stay at Hotel Aquila Grand Suites was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. Not Safe For Girls
Pros:

I will never come to this hotel with my partner again. This hotel is not safe for girls. While checking into the hotel, the manager said that you can meet in the cafe on the terrace. When I went there, some people were drinking alcohol and smoking hookah. Everyone was drunk. I and my partner were very scared. We booked another hotel late at night and we left from there.
