Cadre de l'hôtel superbe, chambre très bien, mais le prix annoncé est > à celui de Booking
Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'ouvre qu'à 7h, et le temps que la mise en place soir faite il est plutôt 7h10. Cela n'est pas pratique lorsque la journée de travail commence à 7h30.
Plus grave, le tarif qui remonte sur Booking est considéré comme erroné par l'hôtel qui demande de régler un supplément (d'un peu plus de 10%). Et quand j'ai contesté, ils m'ont dit que c'est Booking qui se trompe). Je trouve cela choquant, d'où ma note de 1 sur 5 étoiles

La chambre était bien spacieux.

Cons:

On avait pas accès à la wifi durant tout le séjour malgré tout les manipulations de notre part.

Nous ne sommes retrouver dans avoir accès au téléphone et internet.

Pour appeler, il a fallu que l’on quitte l’hôtel pour pouvoir commander a manger.

L’hôtel devrait voir pourquoi la wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres.

Pros:

Bien placé et dans un cadre verdoyant, avec un bon resto dans un cadre agréable. Personnel sympathique et disponible.

Cons:

Il y avait des cafards dans la première chambre qu'on m'a confié... Heureusement on m'en a donné une autre, préservée.

Very nice tropical location with nice vibe and clean rooms.
Pros:

The food was excellent and room and location vey nice for what we like. The room view is nice over the river and ambnience in the restaurant is great with all the nautical items and lights.. Good cocktails too.

Cons:

Bit of a surprise that Sunday evening the restaurant is not open. The swimming pool does not match the photos.
