The staff were amazing. Always friendly and willing to help with anything. The hotel is not perfect but the value for money was great.

This hotel exceeded every expectation I've had at any place I've stayed at before. The hospitality shown to me in this family run hotel from the very first day of my stay until today, two weeks later, has been so warm and welcoming. They truly made me feel at home.
My large room was very well furnished and well equipped. It was kept immaculatly clean daily, and the location could not have been better. It's down a quiet side street, yet it's very close to many great restaurants, and an easy walk to the city center.
It checked all the boxes for me:
a clean and comfortable room, an elevator to the upper floors, a nice balcony, electric kettle, desk and refrigerator...once again though, it was the kindness shown to me that made it so very special.
I will certainly stay here on my next visit to Da Lat, and would give this hotel my very highest recommendation!

The location is good,my room front side with balcony was very large and comfortable specially the bed I sleeped good. The TV to my surprise had a great program selection ,all electral appliances worked well. In short it is great value for money.

Location and staff, lift instead of stairs was great too

The staff really impressed me. They were incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Whenever I had a question about exploring Dalat, they were happy to offer suggestions and even helped me book tours. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable.
The room itself was great. It was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed to relax after a day of walking and exploring.
The hotel's location was perfect. Being just a short walk from Dalat Market was fantastic. It was so convenient!
