Amazing stay — highly recommended!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It was such a great base for exploring — just a 5-minute walk to the ski slopes, which was perfect for hitting the snow every day. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants close by, so we never had to go far for meals or essentials.

The host was welcoming and responsive, and the apartment felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. ⭐ Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Cool place
Pros:

Weather was very good.
Owner was very helpful, she did everything for us.
Apartment is very bright and view was cool.
Bed and mattress was very good.

Cons:

I had to pay by cash and it's a bit discomfort for us.

Very bad experience.
Pros:

Literally nothing , only the restaurant next to the hotel serves good food.

Cons:

first the resort is literally empty, all rooms are free and when my plan delayed the owner insisted to take the price of the full reservation even those i didnt stay, not flexible at all.
2nd, the place is empty, no bars , no activities, nothing is working, as it wasnt the season of the place so they were not too honest to advise their customers that its not the good time to come, just a waste of time and money and I checkout the next day didnt even completed my planned stay.
No shampoo, no soap, hot water is not working properly.

The best place for holiday in Bakuriani
Pros:

This is the best place to relax in Bakuriani. We like the Crystal resort complex first of all in general - all the buildings are in the same style, many attractions that can be explored on foot - an ice ring, a ski slope, rentals, cafes. Block C, where these apartments are located, is the best: this building has an excellent and new spa on the ground floor, there is a good grocery store on the ground floor of the building and a good restaurant next door.The apartment was very cozy and warm, everything was in the room, so we felt at home. We enjoyed the view from appartment and have a good rest. The best thing is the owner of the apartment. He helped us a lot from the day we booked, gave us lots of tips for a safe trip and a great holiday. Thank you!

Pros:

This is the best location and amazing host, she was explaining us everything about Crystal complex. Spa and pool was amazing😍 the view from balcony is breathtaking.
