TODO MAGNIFICO
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, por qué está justo enfrente de la estación, y enfrente hay un seven eleven, por otro lado también los baños limpios y las duchas también, todo muy bien el servicio amable.

Cons:

Los baños, aunque estuvieran limpios están muy pegados a la recepción y la entrada, no me sentía privatizado en mi momento.

Pros:

めっちゃ駅近。
以前、扉のガラス部分から通路や部屋の人影が見えるから何かで隠すと良い的なコメントしてたんだけど、今回同じ部屋だったんだけどその部屋のガラス部分に黒いやつが貼ってあって、プライバシーが守られるようになってたのが良かった。改善されてた。

Cons:

線路が近いので電車の音はそこそこ響く。気になる人は耳栓持参すると良いと思う。

Clean, but very basic stay with poor sleep
Pros:

The location is very close to station so it is easy to reach. It was available during the busy silver week holiday.

Cons:

The room we got was clean, yet facing towards the street and next to our room was a lift with our front door facing the corridor. The noise from the street was constant as they put the window aircon which doesn’t allow the window to shut completely. As our room was next to lift with our door facing towards corridor, we could hear people who are arriving to check in. It would be better if there is a noise stopper at the door and the window. Bed was very rock hard too. And their shower room is very compact even for small person like me. If you are just staying for 1 night, it is ok but don’t expect to have a good sleep. And please, do not say security code out loud when there are other people trying to check in.. perhaps the experience is different when you stay in single room?

Highly recommend to budget travelers.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Staff were friendly. Room, beddings, showers were clean. The toilet and showers, although were shared, were clean and nice. The trains caused some noise, but not bordering and totally acceptable to me.
Value for money!

Cons:

If you stay for say one week and have plenty of clothes, you may find it inconvenient because there is no closet, but wall-mounted hooks and hangers. If you like to watch tv, this accommodation doesn't fit you, because the tv is of small size.

駅近で立地もよく、外観は古いが中は綺麗にリフォームされており、部屋や共用部分は非常に清潔感がある。
料金もリーズナブル。

Cons:

シャワールームが狭いので、子連れで同時入浴だと厳しい。
ベットが硬い。

また利用したいと思います。
Pros:

駅が近い。
コンビニが近い。
女性外国人スタッフが感じの良い人でした。
清潔。
１号室は部屋に洗面台がある。そして部屋は
広い。

Cons:

１号室はエントランスの外の部屋なのでトイレやシャワー利用の際に一旦外(エレベーターホール)に出ないといけないので着替えやタオルをそのまま持ってると、ちょっとドキドキすると思う。何かしら籠か手提げ袋みたいなのが部屋にあればありがたい。
朝は始発の電車の音が良く聞こえますw
