Pros:

호스트 분도 너무 친절하셨고 일단 숙박시설이 너무 너무 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 남자 3명이서 여행 가서 너무 편하고 재미있는 경험을 한거 같아 완전 만족했습니다.

Cons:

청결 자체는 좋았지만 먼지가 아주 약간 있습니다. 물론 침구류 없는 곳은 먼지도 아예 없었고 좋았어요!

We had an excellent stay and this location offered great comfort during out time in tokyo!
Pros:

We stayed here with a group of three people, and despite reading some reviews of it being small, were surprised to find it more spacious than expected for a Tokyo apartment suite! Everything was meticulously clean and organized, beds were comfy, bathroom was fully functional, washing machine was a bonus, AC was a blessing from the humid heat, and the pull out sofa bed allowed us to have an extra room separation. The Yamanote line at Ueno station was two stops away on the Hibuya line (or a 25 walk) , which could be accessed less than 100 m from this location. Hosts were wonderful and friendly.

Cons:

There was a bit of confusion with the address and finding the location at first with only English , but the host was responsive and stayed on the phone until we sorted everything out.

Pros:

This apartment was in an excellent location, only 2 minutes from the station. It was a little difficult to find at first. It is on the second level of a three storey building, with a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor (order their ribs, they are delicious). The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everthing we needed. There was some noise from the foot traffic of some guests on the floor above but when we explained to them that their kids running around indoors was disturbing us they quietened down.

Cons:

Inconsiderate guests upstairs but that was not the host's fault.

Pros:

Property is very close to Minowa station, convenient stores, supermarket and pharmacy are close by. Property is clean and size is spacious compared to regular hotel. Hostel owner is nice and very responsive.

Cons:

It’s quite noisy when other travelers living in upstairs. Can hear sound of walking and flushing. Although is on first floor, but stairs are quite steeps (something to consider if you are not good with stairs)

The hosts are helpful and kind, the place is clean, comfortable and accessible, really worth your penny. Really grateful
Pros:

The proximity to the Hibiya Line station Minowa. The place is also fully furnished with washing machine, smart TV, heater/humidifier etc. I really liked the location and the place. They have ample space for your luggages, and things, place is bery comfortable and clean. The host is also SUPER NICE! They answered all my questions so quick, and with patience haha and also accomodated requests I made. I want to emphasize that they are really great hosts, the place is really worth your penny. Really grateful we found this place.
