Aspens 321
Pros:

We enjoy the location of the Aspens and the pool and hot tubs after a day on the slopes. We enjoy the family atmosphere and the comfortable homeyness of the units.

Cons:

The living room furniture could use a clean. The lamp in the bedroom has no knob on it to turn it on or off. You have to unplug it from the wall. The fan cover in the bathroom was hanging off. A slat off the blinds was broken off and leaning against the wall. The olive oil and salt shaker were both empty and left in the cupboard and not replaced. Just small things but they make a big difference. We have stayed at the Aspens several times and always enjoy ourselves. Overall it was comfortable but could use some TLC.

Unit needs some minor work, to fix pretty big inconvenient sleeping arrangements to make this place worthwhile.
Pros:

Location for our family, staff was very kind.

Cons:

So many things were broken in condo, biggest thing being sofa bed which was not usable by 2 kids without breaking. Not to mention pulsing light that shocked us when we removed light bulb to solve problem. Along with other much more minor things that did not work.

Good place to stay right on the mountain, nice facilities.

For the price I expected far better.
Cons:

For the price the room needs alot of cleaning of the walls and carpet, fixing of the closet sliders, the air conditioning system so you don’t need to open the windows to let the bugs in, lamp in living room. Fair better up keep required.

It met my expectations but some things in the bathroom must be fixed (fan, towel bar).
Pros:

I got a really good last minute deal and I was just looking for a clean and quiet place close to the Blackcomb gondola, so this place completely met my expectations. Very quiet with comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bathroom needs some fixing: the fan is partly hanging from the ceiling, the towel bar fell in my hands. Also the description should say that the air conditioning is just a unit in the bedroom, and it is very noisy.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and The Aspen's has a gate directly accessible to Blackcomb village at the rear of the property. Lost Lake is also easily walkable.
Massive bed, could easily sleep 3!

Cons:

The sofabed was not comfortable. Dips in the middle and you can feel all the springs in the mattress.

Es ist eine sehr tolle Lage, guter Ausgang für tolle Abenteuer.

Cons:

Einrichtung stammt aus einer vergangenen Zeit, vieles ist wortwörtlich verstaubt und in die Jahre gekommen.

Extremely peaceful and minutes from Blackcomb Gondola
Pros:

Perfect location, extremely calm and quiet. Lookout is straight into the forest, feels like you have no neighbours.
