God stay
Pros:

Area, friendly staff, Tom n Tom coffee in the premisses. Fridge in the room.

Cons:

Shower head full with limestone. A basic brush should be done as part of the preventive maintenance.

Not worth it! This hotel only caters to Korean guests.
Cons:

The breakfast choices are not meant for everyone other than Koreans. Very limited. It's not satisfying at all.
Except for the staff serving in the restaurant, some of the staff, esp. at the reception were unaccommodating and sometimes not friendly.
The pool is not clean. We found a dead cockroach floating in the pool.
The bathroom is also not clean.
Overall, I would say the value for money is definitely not worth it. It was too expensive compared to what we expected.

Basic comfort for price just right.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants, convenience store and a lot of cafes. Basic comfort for an affordable hotel.

Cons:

We didn’t like the breakfast too much as it was purely Korean food however we quickly adapted. Also you need to bring an adaptor for the outlets as they follow korean round outlet standards.
