Accessible to Burnham Park and other vicinities. Taxi is easy to find. Nice view.
Did not know that we have to climb, and when I say climb, you will really have to climb a literal mountain to get to the place. Luckily, taxis go up. Then, the stairs inside the loft is too steep and narrow. You have to squeeze carefully to climb up. The front desk is not around sometimes but they are helpful. One suggestion, a sofa could be useful here. And lastly, the bed smells off. It could have been cleaned batter.
the check-in and check was a breeze. Location is not hard to find. We had trouble with the electricity, but it turned out that there was a brown-out in the city, but still a maintenance guy quickly came a few minutes after i reported the matter to the owner.
We wish that the top hand rail of the stair was extended so going down would be easier and much more secure. Also, wish there were blind on the window so we could have slept without being disturbed by the rising sun.

The loft looked exactly like the picture. It was well kept and maintained well. It was affordable considering it’s location. We arrived hours early and the owners allowed us to check in early, free of charge! They were also super easy to talk to and were very responsive towards our concerns.
If you’re traveling with an elderly companion who has difficulty walking on elevated areas, this might not be the best option. Unfortunately, the staff at GrandView Residences made the experience quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and throughout our stay, it remained unattended. The maintenance staff were also unavailable when we needed assistance. Moreover, about 30 minutes before our scheduled checkout, some staff were already talking loudly outside our room, questioning why we hadn’t left yet. They even looked at us in a way that felt mocking. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience.

Some appliances are not working and when power went out it took them 3 hrs before someone turned on the generator
The location was good, the host was communicative, and the view from the window and building itself were quite nice.
It was very dirty. The linens were discoloured and the pillows smelled really bad. On the first night, I ended up using my towels as a pillow and blanket. The paint on the walls were peeling and stained. The water heater didn't work. The wifi didn't work.
The staff and owner is very responsive, the place is accessible to convenient stores and known establishments. Unit is also well maintained and clean. We’d love to rebook again on our next trip.

Basic kitchen tools and amenities were provided for a quick meal prep as going up and down the road of Baguio to buy food is challenging🤣.
We had a bit of a problem contacting the front desk for queries and concerns. Good thing the owners promptly respond to our messages.
