A cosy hotel very well placed. I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The bedroom was cosy and elegant. I’m not sure I liked eating in a tent last night. It might be great in the summer but on a cold night it felt a bit bleak. I accept there isn’t space for dining on that site

Cons:

I would have liked a newspaper with my breakfast but overall it was a very pleasant experience

Opulent and smart. Good food and attentive staff. Bed and pillows especially were sooo comfortable!
Pros:

Looks beautiful and is spacious and opulent.

Cons:

Some areas of paintwork around the place are getting a bit tatty but it doesn’t detract too much from the overall effect.

Pros:

Overall experience with helpful staff and good facilities. proximity to centre of Cheltenham.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little slow although the restaurant wasn't that busy and the food was a little overcooked especially the omelette. Staff were very helpful and pleasant though,

Pros:

It was very traditional, with gorgeous furniture and bathrooms that made it feel very homely

Cons:

I felt that it wasn’t properly cleaned the room. The glasses beside the chug of water were dusty and the bath had hairs inside.

Pros:
