The bedroom was cosy and elegant. I’m not sure I liked eating in a tent last night. It might be great in the summer but on a cold night it felt a bit bleak. I accept there isn’t space for dining on that site
I would have liked a newspaper with my breakfast but overall it was a very pleasant experience
Very comfortable
Stay wasn’t long enough!
Looks beautiful and is spacious and opulent.
Some areas of paintwork around the place are getting a bit tatty but it doesn’t detract too much from the overall effect.
The position was perfect and it was quirky which I loved.
Nothing
Overall experience with helpful staff and good facilities. proximity to centre of Cheltenham.
Breakfast was a little slow although the restaurant wasn't that busy and the food was a little overcooked especially the omelette. Staff were very helpful and pleasant though,
Room was upgraded
Main Hotel bar closed before we finished our meal in restaurant .
Location, and helpful staff
Could do with some more lighting in the hotel gin bar.
It was very traditional, with gorgeous furniture and bathrooms that made it feel very homely
I felt that it wasn’t properly cleaned the room. The glasses beside the chug of water were dusty and the bath had hairs inside.
Exceptional from check in to check out. Friendly staff, stunning comfortable rooms, excellent food and service. I really cannot fault the whole experience
Nothing at all negative
