It is not only the best hotel in Cheltenham but the best hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. The food at the hotel is also very good and better than a lot of places in Cheltenham.
The location of the hotel. The bed was comfortable.
Style over function. We stayed in a very dark room with not much natural light. We had a very noisy air conditioning unit in one corner of the room which didn't seem to make any effect on the temperature of the room. If the unit was switched off the noise from the road outside was even louder. Also at breakfast I found a thick black hair in my Greek yogurt.

We were waiting to check in in an empty room waiting for staff to come for 10 minutes..

The bar downstairs is really noisy and hard to sleep in! The hotel doesn't provide toiletries and the prices are expensive - I definitely won't stay there again.

It was super hot weather and the rooms were nicely air conditioned and their outdoor spaces for eating and drinking/bars are beautifully decorated and very bouji! Great value for money.
Some spa facilities would be amazing but appreciate there isn’t the space!
Booked 5 rooms for bday very ice everyone enjoyed and went to their sister venue which was amazing !
