Lovely boutique hotel, great central location. Food was fabulous & staff were very helpful. Perfect for a relaxing weekend break.
Hotel was perfect. Parking is on street in the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel charges £10.00 for a parking permit & sends information a few days prior to check in. It’s not difficult but be careful where you park as we did see some people with parking fines.
Lovely hotel overall with a great Japanese Restaurant within. All the restaurants and bars have a great vibe and you can see are very popular.
The restaurant staff were amazing and were really friendly.
I felt the reception staff were to casual in appearance and conduct and were not representative of the hotel itself.
When we checked in, we were escorted to the adjacent building where our room was on the top floor. Now i am able enough but after driving 4hrs the last thing i wanted was to lug my suitcase up the stairs as there is no lift.
I think it should be standard in a hotel of this calibre that ALL hotel guests have their luggage taken to the room, or at least offered.
The communal areas need a fresh paint job.
Finally, i know not all hotels offer it but I do still like breakfast to be included. But I cannot hold that against them.
We enjoyed our stay at No 131. It’s in a great position right in the centre of Cheltenham and a very easy walk to the places we were visiting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The room was very badly arranged the lights went on and off all night and nobody responded to requests for help.
Gorgeously decorated luxurious spacious room. Super comfy giant bed. Lovely food at the restaurant on the terrace.

Fabulously appointed rooms and en suites, comfort and quality is excellent. Good food and pleasant, helpful staff.
Great outdoor bar areas and beautiful indoor spaces, interested to see what happens now the tented marquees are going. A Perfect position for exploring the Montpellier district and walking into the city centre.

Location and choice of bars
Struggle with suitcases as lots of stairs to get to room, first room was basement and extremely dark , windows looking on to wall and peoples feet and tables in courtyard restaurant got moved next day to ground floor which much better with view over front .
