Parking needs to be advertised as underground. As anything bigger than a small average sized car, or if you have a lowered car, well it won't fit! We booked this property thinking our car would be safe. Instead we had to park on the street as had no other choice due to having a bigger car which resulted in a 70 dollar fine. One side of the road says don't park as you will be towed if blocking so we parked on the other side which had no signs anywhere saying we couldnt park yet because of road sweeping we got a fine.

Bathrooms could do with an upgrade.

You should add 300$ to the price you see advertised to know the real price of your stay. There is no way to get the deposit back no matter how many times I call and message them.

Before checked in, they asked me for a deposit of $300 and said that it will be refunded after checking out if nothing is damaged in the house. Nothing was damaged and they have not refunded me yet, after more than a month. I have talked with them many time and still have not received my refund yet

It’s located in an old building. We got stuck in the elevator. The suite itself needs some work done. Cable running down from the light in the living room area and some chairs in the dining room not being sturdy. Bathtub was not leveled and had cracks on the floor. The ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t work. Floor in the bathroom was dirty. Everything in the kitchen was not very clean such as the coffee maker and utensils. Customer service was also unpleasant. We tried to do a late checkout during our stay, which was originally offered at $80, they then called us and increased that to $150 due to it being New Years. Late checkout fees should be fixed and should not be something we would have to negotiate so we kept the original checkout time. BEWARE of the $300 security deposit. This was asked to be paid from a third party website! This took VERY long to get refunded. I had to contact them and send many messages and follow ups. Not until I had mentioned I will be going through booking.com to file a complaint and my bank that they responded and refunded the deposit. This place is not worth the hassle we went through.

Había prendas ajenas en el lavarropas por la cual no pude usar el servicio de lavar mi ropa durante la estadía. Faltaria equipar con más cubiertos y set de cocina.
No me hicieron la devolución del depósito 300usd en forma inmediata después del check out. Después de reclamar varias veces a través de booking, se tomaron 25 días de más para hacerme la devolución. Hubiese sido un 9 la estadía, pero les pongo un 7 a nivel general por el tiempo y malasangre que me hicieron perder solicitando el reintegro. El cliente no tendría que estar reclamando una devolución de un depósito. No volvería a ese lugar.

The apartment had a noticeable smell (from food and cleaning products) that needed better ventilation before guests arrive. In addition, the staff has been unresponsive regarding the return of my deposit, which they requested through an alternative payment channel. This lack of communication has been disappointing.

After checking Booking’s conditions, I saw that a deposit was required — but why send such a link an hour before check-in? It then took me a month of messages to try to get the deposit back, with managers blaming the owner’s delay. I eventually had to contact my bank for a refund — clearly, the owner counts on people giving up to keep the $300.

The towels where ultra low quality. The bathroom shower had a hole in the basin and might cut your feet. There was hair from previous guests.
