Close to major areas, safe & kind host that made me feel welcome
Pros:

Top host, really nice and helpful. The stay was walking distance to where my event was, i was even offered a coffee and free food. Safe & enjoyable stay. Thank you

Warm, communicatief & gastvrij verblijf. Totale aanrader, alleen al om het koesterende bed!
Pros:

"Welkom" hoorde ik, toen ik rond 22.45 uur in het donker arriveerde, zoekende naar het juiste huisnummer. Davide verwelkomde me voor zijn deuropening. Zo fijn om verwelkomd te worden na een dag in London Excel!
Ik heb niets dan goede woorden voor Yan en Davide. De communicatie vooraf was voortreffelijk, geruststellend, persoonlijk en tijdig. Ik werd gastvrij ontvangen, ondanks dat ik laat was (in overleg). Overdag waren mensen jaloers dat ik maar 7 minuten hoefde te lopen naar mijn slaapadres. Eenmaal binnen kreeg ik heldere informatie, precies wat ik nodig had. Davide ervoer ik als vriendelijk, gastvrij, enthousiast en helder. 'Mijn' kamer was een warm nest. Toen ik ging slapen zakte ik weg in een koesterend matras en was ik direct in een diepe slaap. De badkamer was fijn warm en schoon en de shampoo en zeep lagen voor het grijpen. De koffie en thee die ik kon pakken, de wifi en het aantal stopcontacten, alles was tip top in orde. Toen de mijne stuk bleek, kon ik direct de reisadapter van Davide lenen. Gelukkig! Als je ooit bij London Excel - of in de buurt - bent, raad ik je ten zeerste aan om naar Yan en Davide te gaan!

Cons:

Klein detail: ik vond geen grote handdoek voor na het douchen, maar dat was mij ook niet opgevallen bij de informatieve 'tour' door het huis. Anders had ik er wel om gevraagd. Ik heb wel een ander handdoekje kunnen gebruiken.

Next time I travel to ExCel, this is the place I will stay for sure.
Pros:

The location is extremely conveniant. The communication with landord David is excellent. He is always helpful. His son is ready to help. Both are very polite. It is safe for sure.

Cons:

The lenght of bed was fine for me. I am 1.78. If you slightly taller, You may not fit. The conveniant stores are not near and they do not much to offer.

Perfect for my requirements.
Pros:

Location was ideal for Excel. Staff very friendly. Very quiet area. Very clean. Excellent value for money. Had I needed it, there was a car parking space too.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a TV in the room and a light switch reachable from the bed. But these are minor points.
