Clean spacious apartment hotel in a less than ideal location.
Pros:

Spacious clean apartment with laundry facilities.

Cons:

The check-in process was annoying. We did not like the location. It was close to public transportation and nightlife, but were seedy nightclubs and bars. The neighborhood was recommended by others, so it might be better on different streets or depending on what you are looking for. The train station area also might work for a quick in and out of Kagoshima.
