Pros:

The staff, every single one of them, the food, 20 out of 10, every meal, huge portions and perfectly cooked, and the overall value of the hotel was amazing , spotlessly clean and fresh, Aircon in the bedroom was superb

Standard enough experience. Won’t be in a panic to return
Pros:

Nice and central inn the town

Cons:

Breakfast was very greasy, everything was deep fat fried and over cooked. Dinner the night before wasn’t that overly impressive either.

Pros:

The room was lovely and so was the shower. The cooked breakfast was freshly cooked. There was a nice atmosphere in the bar.

Cons:

It would be good to have more cereal choice and fruit and yoghurt on the menu. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast but other alternatves as mentioned would be good.The car park was hard to find.

Pros:

Staff were friendly. Our room was lovely on the top floor away from the hustle downstairs. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the choice of house made bread with our breakfast. Our bathroom was really lovely. Smart decor with great shower water pressure and hot water.

Cons:

Our room could have done with a bit of dusting.. the bedside lamps esp. Other than that there really was nothing to complain about. Our room coffee was replenished daily along with towels. We really can't complain!

We’ve stayed in The Bailie a few times before, and will be definitely staying again on our next trip back home. Staff very friendly and helpful; room was clean and comfortable, and overall a very nice place to stay

We were running late so sent a message ahead, the response was kind, reassuring and very quick. From check in to check out all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Lovely room. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were simply the best! Kelsey (hopefully spelt right) was great and went out of her way to accommodate our need for a late check out.
The team in the bar, Jess and Moira( again hopefully spelt right) were just the most engaging team ever.
