Gorąco polecam ten obiekt, wyposażenie na wysokim poziomie, czysciutko i ladnie. AC w pokoju mega przydatne przy tak wysokiej latem temperaturze. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, kontaktuje się z tobą poprzez what's up przed przyjazdem podając dokładną lokalizację miejsca łącznie co jest bardzo pomocne krótkie filmiki jak dojść do mieszkania, super nie da rady zabłądzić.

Open shower in bath, after taking a shower all bathroom floor was wet.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Clean, quiet studio apartment. Extremely comfortable bed with good pillows. Rain shower with adequate pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and handy soap and shampoo dispensers. Strong WiFi, lots of electrical outlets to charge devices. Excellent location just around the corner from the main square, not far from sights, restaurants and shopping. Very short walk to a large Conad grocery store. Super convenient parking just steps from the building with friendly and helpful attendants. Easy check-in and good communication with the host Edi via WhatsApp. Reasonable price.

Cons:

There is no lift but the apartment is on the first floor so only one flight of steps to carry luggage. The open shower splashes water all over the floor. Everything about our stay was great except for the open shower. Despite this inconvenience, we recommend this property to other travelers for all the other great things about our stay.

Pros:

Durres is cozy and lovely place to visit. House is also really good, the landlord was very kind and helpful. If we visit to Albania again, we probably choose that place. You can reach everything easily at this house! The design of the house was also quite good!

Pros:

The property manger is a very nice and welcoming person, he swiftly helped with everything I needed, the location is absolutely perfect, 5 mins walk from the beach, facilities are amazing and room looks exactly as what appeared on the picture, I’d love to stay there again whenever I’m in Duress.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property it’s a perfect place to stay whenever you’re in Durres, Albania

Very central location of new apartment
Pros:

Location is very central, many restaurants/ big supermarkets around. It is a new stylish apartment with attention to details like decor, plates, glasses, etc., easy check in

Cons:

Nothing, but just in case it’s important for someone - it is located on 1st floor (not ground) without elevator

Must stay in Durrës
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Excellent position very closed to the city centre, excellent value, above the Albanian average! I highly recommend this solution for a very comfortable stay with no surprises. Albanians involved in tourism should learn from here. there are required standards
