Kein Zimmer zur Verfügung trotz bestätigter Reservierung
Pros:

Gar nichts, denn trotz Bestätigung durch das Hotel, sagte man uns bei der Ankunft es sei kein Zimmer frei und wir könnten dort nicht übernachten. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man bereits seit mehr als 36 Stunden unterwegs war und nur noch ins Bett fallen möchte.
Gut, war nur die Unterstützung durch booking.com ein neues Zimmer zu finden.
