24-hour hot water is available.

The interior is neat. Although it is not modern, it is well maintained.

No unpleasant smells.

There is no fan, but the climate does not require a fan or air conditioning.

Cons:

Car parking management is very poor.

During breakfast, flies were found on the bread and butter, and the jam was full of dead black ants.

Additionally, no bottled drinking water or dental kit was provided

Clean super basic room. They offer tours of Kodaikanal.

Cons:

Too expensive for what it offers. The breakfast is tasty -just Indian- and the space is too small to fit the people of the hotel. We gave some clothes for laundry and they were not ready in time.

Clean and neat with good amenities. Central location with few mins walkable dist to restaurants was a plus.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was in terrible condition and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets smelled very bad, and it was obvious they hadn’t been changed or washed. The room itself was unhygienic, and the unpleasant smell from the bedsheets even transferred to our clothes by the morning.

What made the experience even worse was that we tried calling the reception during the night for assistance, but no one answered despite multiple attempts. There was absolutely no support available when we needed it.

This hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, hygiene standards, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.
