Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. There was complimentary water, snacks, and even toothbrushes provided. I didn’t meet the hosts in person, but they responded very quickly to all my questions through the app.

Cons:

It’s not very convenient for traveling to New York, especially if you need to leave in the morning. The buses often don’t stop at the bus stop, which makes commuting difficult.

Confortable convenient and affordable a great place to stay
Pros:

Comfortable et belle chambre, cuisine bien équipée. Proche du bus pour se rendre à New York City, magasins et restaurants à proximité. Pour le prix c’est vraiment une très belle opportunité. Je vais garder l’adresse pour une prochaine fois.

Cons:

J’aurais aimé que les toilettes soient séparées car une salle de bain pour trois chambres, on peut attendre parfois longtemps avant d’avoir accès au toilettes 🚽

C’était mon premier séjour à NYC et tout était facile ( transport, avoir des conseils de la propriétaire) . L’endroit es
Pros:

Avant tout, la propriétaire réponds aussitôt à tous les messages qu’on lui envois sur l’application booking.com. Se qui est génial et rassurant.
Ensuite la propreté du logement est remarquable. Juan était très méticuleux pour rendre le logement “spotless” chaque jour.

Cons:

Rien car pour moi, tout était parfait !

Hands down the best place to stay in West New York
Pros:

I have stayed at a number of places in the area and this was superior by a mile to any place I have stayed before. The room and sitting area were extremely comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything I needed for my week-long stay. Hopefully this will be my permanent location every time I come to the New York area.

Schöne sichere Umgebung, nicht zu weit zu NYC. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wie in einem guten Hotel gab's Wasser, Snacks und Duschzubehör, sowie Zahnbürste/-paste im Zimmer.
In der Küche gibt es alles nötiges zum kochen und essen. Ich habe mich besonders auf Filterkaffe gefreut, der dort vom Gastgeber zur Verfügung stand.
Ich hab kein Personal vor Ort gesehen, aber die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist gut per Nachrichten gewesen: schnelle Antwort, klare Wegbeschreibung, trotz Zeitunterschied eine schnelle Antwort am morgen früh.
Insgesamt in der Wohnung sind 3 Zimmer und 1 Bad- es gab keine Wartezeiten.
Im Umgebung sind viele Geschäfte und an bestimmten Tagen noch Markt mit Produkten vom Ort.

Cons:

Hier ist eher eine Info an den Reisenden. Obwohl die Wohnung sich in West NY befindet, gehört schon zu New Jersey. Das heisst , die Metrocard ist nicht gültig und man muss für den Bus extra Ticket holen ( 4$ pro Fahrt). Die Fahrt ist meistens auch länger, als angegeben, so eher 20-30 min. Dafür gibt's genug Buslinien ohne lange Wartezeit.

House in a quiet area, the hosts provide useful amenities. Friendly and helpful staff who will give you useful information

Cons:

It's a bit unfair that I won't give them a 10 for something they can't control, but transport to New York is terrible. Sometimes even frustrating so consider this before reserving this place.
