I would give it 6/5 stars
Pros:

Everything! Nice, clean room. AC. I love the decors. Bathroom was very clean.

Cons:

No complaint, but the stairs to the rooms are very steep and narrow. I have a small suitcase and good knees so I’m fine.

Perfekt um nach einem lärmigen Tag in der City etwas ruhe zu bekommen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und einfach zu finden/ erreichen. Mit dem Bus fuhr mann immer direkt an der atemberaubenden Skyline von New York vorbei, für much sehr magisch! Als ich ins Zimmer kam, war da sogar ein kleiner Willkommenskorb mit Snacks.

A+ Service and location!!
Pros:

I just loved the location with the view on the Manhattan skyline! The location was super clean and the aircondition kicked in immediately, the matress was very compfi, the shower was hot. The couple who also slept there was very nice and pleasant, I could have stayed and chat. Did not feel bothered at all. I was able to use the fridge and everything was provided including snacks and water. I will book this location again if I get the chance.

Cons:

I had no complaints. Thanks for hosting!

Muy bien, recibimiento espectacular, te brindaban toallas ,cama cómoda, y snacks de cortesía.
Pros:

Si! La habitación estaba limpia, sábanas y toallas impecables.

Cons:

La ubicación es cierto que era un poco “complicada”. Dependías de buses que en fin de semana, la frecuencia no era la mejor; o estabas un poco limitada a horarios de vuelta por la frecuencia. Pero el resto, el bus te dejaba a 4 calles de Time Square.

Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. There was complimentary water, snacks, and even toothbrushes provided. I didn’t meet the hosts in person, but they responded very quickly to all my questions through the app.

Cons:

It’s not very convenient for traveling to New York, especially if you need to leave in the morning. The buses often don’t stop at the bus stop, which makes commuting difficult.

Confortable convenient and affordable a great place to stay
Pros:

Comfortable et belle chambre, cuisine bien équipée. Proche du bus pour se rendre à New York City, magasins et restaurants à proximité. Pour le prix c’est vraiment une très belle opportunité. Je vais garder l’adresse pour une prochaine fois.

Cons:

J’aurais aimé que les toilettes soient séparées car une salle de bain pour trois chambres, on peut attendre parfois longtemps avant d’avoir accès au toilettes 🚽

C’était mon premier séjour à NYC et tout était facile ( transport, avoir des conseils de la propriétaire) . L’endroit es
Pros:

Avant tout, la propriétaire réponds aussitôt à tous les messages qu’on lui envois sur l’application booking.com. Se qui est génial et rassurant.
Ensuite la propreté du logement est remarquable. Juan était très méticuleux pour rendre le logement “spotless” chaque jour.

Cons:

Rien car pour moi, tout était parfait !

Hands down the best place to stay in West New York
Pros:

I have stayed at a number of places in the area and this was superior by a mile to any place I have stayed before. The room and sitting area were extremely comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything I needed for my week-long stay. Hopefully this will be my permanent location every time I come to the New York area.
