Good place to stay, value for money 10/10
It's so quiet! Set among acres of Dalat Pines, with a few other surrounding private homes, it is private and peaceful, yet a short walk to shops and cafes, 50 Dong to the city by taxi.
Our room was a budget one, but had everything we needed, plus big windows and a little balcony. You can sit on the deck or in the garden as well, and feel like you are miles from anywhere.
Huy, the main staff member, was incredibly helpful with so many things we asked him, and speaks good English, as a bonus.
Sound of water pump is quite noise.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area surrounding by greens. Staff are lovely and helpful.
Sound proof is ZERO here. Others walking in the hallway, talking downstairs, opening their doors, opening a water tap can be heard clearly in the room. If you want a good night sleep, this hotel is a definite no.
There was no towel in the room. the chair is not clean enough for sitting. Mouldy walls.
