El buen trato y las instalaciones
Todo correcto
Edificio contemporáneo y emblemático, espectacular por fuera y por dentro.
Habitación espaciosa con vista panorámica de toda la ciudad, nos tocó la planta 18.
Rapidez del personal en resolver las incidencias.
Pensaba que no me iba a gustar la ubicación, porque me gusta alojarme en el centro de las ciudades que visito y el Hotel no está en el municipio de Barcelona, está cerca de la Fira y por Google Maps parece una zona entre polígono industrial y área de oficinas, con mucho asfalto y hormigón, pero está muy cerca de la trama urbana de Sta. Eulalia con su típico comercio de proximidad y vida de barrio y del Centro Comercial Gran Vía 2.
Además hay dos estaciones de metro muy cerca, una a menos de 300 m y otra a menos de 700 m, para las visitas a los sitios turísticos del centro. También se encuentra muy próxima la estación de Rodalies Bellvitge Gornal para ir al Aeropuerto.
El aroma del ambientador no me gustó nada.
Hubiera preferido bañera en lugar de ducha.
Las tarjetas de apertura de la habitación fallaron en varias ocasiones y hubo que sustituirlas.
La tv "normal", me refiero a la TDT en abierto, no funcionaba, el mando a distancia de la tele funcionaba mal. La conectividad de la TV con los dispositivos electrónicos, tipo, chromecast o duplicado de pantalla no funcionaba.
La wifi era de difícil de acceso, no era un sistema simple, una contraseña y listo, sino que había que registrarse previamente en una web, y una vez accedido a la red iba muy lento.

Esmorzar al bar correcte, habitació perfecte, personal amable, parking al mateix hotel.
Això no es pot canviar, ubicació de l'hotel a 20 minuts del centre amb taxi.
