​Logistica transportului: Conexiunea cu aeroportul via linia 46 este optimă, iar accesul către centru prin linia L95 este eficient, durata călătoriei fiind de aproximativ 30 de minute.
​Eficiența proceselor administrative: Check-in-ul inițiat online a redus timpul de așteptare, iar check-out-ul a fost procesat în mai puțin de un minut.
​Izolarea fonică: Nivelul de zgomot este inexistent, atât din surse externe (trafic Gran Via), cât și interne (vecini).
​Raportul calitate-preț: Costul este competitiv în contextul pieței hoteliere actuale din Barcelona.
​Facilități: Conexiune la internet stabilă și pat conform standardelor de confort așteptate.

Nerespectarea intimității: Personalul de curățenie a ignorat indicatorul „Do Not Disturb” și refuzul verbal, intrând în cameră în mod nejustificat.

Very good and nice.

The staff is accommodating. The room is immaculate, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

The receptionist was very good I didn’t get her name but she’s most there in the morning , such a sweet soul !!! But yet

I like the fact that it’s very close to the airport and has everything convenient store close by

Cons:

The cleaning service is terrible!! Seems the cleaners aren’t content with their jobs!!! They don’t change bedsheets and pillowcases, and the telephone in the room collects dust since they don’t clean it !!! Every small detail matters honestly if a 4 star or 3star hotel is advertising a good stay then the neatness and cleaning should be very important!! I arrived on Friday evening , checked in and got to my room everything looked okay at first glance but later in the morning I lifted all the bed sheets from the bed because (we got two single beds), and the bedsheets were tucked under each bed so we entered the bed at the end whilst going to bed but in the morning after lifting up the sheets I noticed the bed sheet stained with blood and from the colour of it, it’s been stain for days and wasn’t washed properly or it wasn’t washed at all ; as mentioned earlier the cleaners didn’t change the sheets ever since I logged in !! It was quite annoying sleeping on stained sheets !!! If it was my blood I wouldn’t be annoyed but it’s someone else’s blood !!! I didn’t say anything to management cause anytime I went out I hope they’d change the sheets but they didn’t!! Which is very very very bad

Well located hotel to use as a hub
Pros:

Located next to the conference centre only 15 minutes from the airport. Close to the metro station ideal to be used as a Hub to visit Barcelona.

Fantastic stay in Barcelona
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Conveniently situated next to a metro station (Europa Fira) which will get you anywhere in Barcelona, as well as well as the airport.

Cons:

I would obviously prefer to be more central, but the metro station compensated for this. It does also feel a little too "business" oriented for a family stay.
