La ubicación

Cons:

Excesivo el precio para no tener baño en la habitación incluida y no tener limpieza diario. Exijen un depósito de €50 y no tienen forma de aceptar tarjeta, exigen transferencia internacional a una cuenta personal de la administradora que es muy intolerante con la atención al huésped. No hay forma derealizarle transferencia bancaria y no garantizan la devolución.

Pros:

Непогане розташування недалеко від центру. Досить простора кімната. Два спільних санвузли та кухня для усих мешканців апартаментів. Здається там 4 кімнати. Нам страшенно повезло з тим що ми мали лише одного сусіда, бо все чутно дуже.

Cons:

Найголовніша проблема - комунікація з обєктом! Три дні переписок - заповнень туристичних форм, підтверджень інформаціі, оплати залогу 50 євро (перший раз вислали невірні данні для оплати - платіж пішов хто зна куди) і на кінець ти все одно стоїш під дверима підїзду не маєш а ні коду, а ні ключів, ніхто на тебе не чекає і на дзвінки і переписку не відповідає. Потрапили якимось дивом всередину - і ще господарі три рази перепитували чи все ми заплатили, і коли, і куди, і це все на порозі навіть на маючи змоги скинути речі.

Дуже-дуже гучна вулиця під вікнами. Вночі наче там їздить вантажний транспорт. В апартаментах все чутно, звукоізоляції ніякої. То ж або біруші, або снодійне.
