Beautiful hotel and very comfortable stay.
Pros:

It’s a lovely small hotel, very clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The receptionist (Ersi) was super polite and helpful. Good central location and all in all a lovely comfortable stay. Would definitely go back.

Pros:

Super Lage, insbesondere wenn man den Flughafenbus nutzt sind es nur wenige Schritte zu Fuß zum Hotel. Tagsüber konnte die Straße recht laut sein, nachts war es aber angenehm ruhig zum schlafen. Alles im Zentrum gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Kein Fahrstuhl - kann bei größeren Koffern im oberen Stock schon anstrengend werden.

Eccezionale tutto: la comunicazione prima del nostro arrivo, l’accoglienza sia del simpaticissimo tassista (contattato dall’hotel) sia del receptionist sempre disponibile e professionale, la struttura molto elegante in ogni dettaglio, la camera spaziosa, pulitissima e silenziosa, la gentilezza di tutto lo staff.
L’hotel è nel centro, attorno numerosissimi ristoranti di cucina locale e a pochi passi da Piazza Skanderbeg.
Tirana è una città viva, ricca di storia e di modernità e le persone son calorosamente ospitali

Pros:

The hotel was immaculate, really modern rooms. Staff was so helpful. I was travelling solo and found the location close to everything and safe. Staff were really helpful when I had questions about transport to the airport and even helped book my transport since I had a really early departure

Great location, staff, and value
Pros:

Super nice staff, very good communication for late check in. Great location. Excellent aircon and wifi.

Cons:

A bit rough and ready: a cracked window; a very loose shower shelf; lighted mirror that didn’t work. All negligible compared to the value!

Cute convenient stay in Bazaar area.
Pros:

Convenient location, near the Bazaar, easy to find, comfortable and clean rooms, helpful evening staff, bag storage before check in.

Cons:

I should have asked for more blankets as only thin ones provided. This didn’t bother me but note there is no elevator.
