Pros:

Views from balcony and the aircon was great

Cons:

To many cats running around they were even following the maid into guests rooms, were in the room at breakfast time not a cat lover me!
Very steep incline back upto hotel from the strip some people would struggle with that.

Seaview is perfect.

Cons:

Soundproofing could be improved, as some noise from the corridor can be heard due to the flush door. A bit of maintenance would help, such as fresh paint in some areas. Overall, the stay was ok. Food was good, though there is room for improvement.

Прекрасный вид с балкона на море и порт, рядом набережная. Номер достаточно комфортный. Отзывчивый администратор. С удовольствием остались еще на одну ночь.

Cons:

Завтрак очень скромный, одни углеводы и жиры, немного овощей. Белка нет вообще. И не особо вкусно. Пляжи в черте города грязные, но это не к отелю вопрос, конечно.

직원분들이 친절하시고, 훌륭한 조식과 레스토랑을 가지고 있습니다.
침대도 편안했고 수압도 적절했습니다.
엘레베이터가 두대로 움직여서 편안했습니다.
방음이 꺼ㅐ나 잘 되었던거 같고, 테라스 뷰가 좋습니다.

208호에 묵었는데 안쪽에서 잠긴 문이 잘 안열려요
샴푸와 바디 올인원입니다!
침대에 누워서 조명을 끄는게 조금 불편합니다.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, Pool war auch okay, hervorragender Ausblick als Highlight

Das Frühstück war zu wenig westlich, zu türkisch orientiert, die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum, und das Highlight ist der hervorragende Ausblick auf den Hafen, wo täglich die Kreuzfahrtsschiffe zu bewundern waren.

Cons:

Mangelnde Fremdsprachenkenntnisse des Personales (kaum Englisch, kein Deutsch), das Frühstück war zu wenig westlich ausgerichtet, sehr viel Salat und türkische Spezialitäten. Die Ausstattung ist natürlich schon überaltert, Türen zu den Zimmern sind zu kurz, riesen Spalt tw. zu sehen.

Старый отель с хорошим видом (если вид на море)
Pros:

Месторасположение хорошее: 5-7 минут неспешным шагом до центра набережной.
Вид на море хороший.
Размер номера: 2 комнаты - топ!
Стихийная парковка у входа.
Завтрак типичный для Турции.

Cons:

Уставший номер, диван грязный, прокуренный с дырками от сигарет. Не было полотенец, щеток, никаких принадлежностей в ванной. Все в ванной отломано. Отель откровенно старый.

Nice view and good staff!
Pros:

The view was amazing—we loved seeing both the daytime and nighttime scenery. Breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was especially good. Which Impressed us the most is the reception guy Toprak -super friendly and helpful. He helped us with transportation , food orders, and kept checking if we were doing okay. We Always saw him busy helping other guests at reception, Really made our stay easy and fun in this lovely town!

Pros:

I recently stayed at Suhan Seaport Hotel in Kusadasi for two nights. The hotel has an excellent location and lovely sea views from the balcony, overlooking the marina, which was definitely one of the best parts of the stay.

The hotel restaurant is quite good, and the breakfast was decent, with a varied buffet selection. That said, the breakfast room was cold, with only one radiator heating the space, which made it uncomfortable.

The staff were polite and correct.

Cons:

However, I expected more overall. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of a proper renovation. Although it’s not terrible, many areas look old and worn.

The spa was closed during our stay, which was disappointing, and the bathroom had poor ventilation.

Cleanliness was below what I would expect from a hotel in this category. We asked for the room to be cleaned during our stay, but it was done very superficially, without much attention to detail.

Overall, this hotel offers great views and a good location, but it would benefit greatly from better upkeep, improved cleaning standards, and modernization.

Pros:

Everything about the hotel was good. The area was clean, the staffs were friendly and very helpful. One of the staff, his name was toprak. Amazing man. Was very helpful during our stay. They even upgraded out stay there to a suite. Highly recommend place to stay.
