The host ( Quoc ) extremely hospitable.
Breakfast was of generous proportions.
Bed large and extremely comfortable.

Staffs are very accommodating especially Quoc, foods are yummy esp the fruits with yogurt and oats

We had the best hosts we have ever had! The family couldn’t be more helpful.Price was excellent for the quality of our stay. Room and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this property.the free bikes gave us an opportunity to discover a lot of hoian, from the rice fields and beaches to old town and surrounding areas.

Quoc is an excellent host, I cannot recommend him enough! Any needs that we had he took care of, some needs he anticipated and took care of us even before we knew we needed them! He was able to assist us with several trips and the breakfast was exceptionally wonderful! I've stayed several places and without question this is my number one pick!

The family at this place were absolutely amazing really looked after as well. I had brought my mum over for two weeks to see where I live. She had a nice room with a good size bed and a balcony. There is also a nice pool to relax in as it does get rather hot.
They also have free cycles for guests to use. And breakfast included, which was great I’m not a massive breakfast person but I always appreciate a Vietnamese coffee and some fruit. My mum had an omelette most days which she said was really good but they do other options like bánh mì and noodles.
Also it’s a very good location just walking distance from the old town. You could walk to the beach but it’s better to cycle and only takes five minutes. The local market is only a two minute walk away. There are lots of cafés and restaurants in the area and because it’s just outside of the old town It’s a lot better value for money.
You can book day trips and tours through them also which I do recommend if you’re going to do something. You may notice that you can book them with your certain discounts through places like Booking.com and so on, but in my opinion it’s always worth booking through the place where you are staying as you will always get picked up from your location and dropped back off and you’re only saving yourself £1/£2

Quoc was an excellent host and tour stay was really enjoyable. The hotel is in an excellent location and you can walk to the old town and beach from the property. Breakfast was great and Quoc is really helpful with regard to information re the locality an trips. This is a great place to stay; it's very clean and Quoc goes out of his way to help for example my husband even had his rucksack repaired whilst staying through Quoc. We were given a late check out which meant that we could shower and get changed before going to the airport in Da Nang. I highly recommend Hoi An Thang 1 Villa and would definitely return if going back to Hoi An. Thank you Quoc.

the hotel owner is so helpful and communication was great. He will help organise everything is you want him to. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and you order it the night before.
We used the bikes to ride to the paddy field and they were fine. There are lots of shops and restaurants right by it and about a 15 minute walk to the old town

Good breakfast. The rooms were very clean. Host came with fresh fruit juices when we used the pool, which was a very nice gesture.

Todo. El propietario del hotel es genial, súper amable y servicial. Siempre atento para que el cliente esté lo más cómodo y agusto posible. El desayuno está muy bien, es muy completo. La piscina limpísima y las camas muy cómodas. LO RECOMIENDO 100%.

Действительно прекрасный вариант проживания в семье в Хойане! Комната очень чистая и уютная. Куок и его семья - доброжелательные и заботливые хозяева. Расположение идеально, недалеко от старого города, очень тихое и спокойное место. Приятно удивлена таким теплым приемом.
