Exceptional
Pros:

The staff was accommodating to get my room changed to a non-smoking room for a little price difference (not much). I ended up in room "Momo" which exceeded my expectation. The room was very clean and cozy; more spacious than I thought.

Cons:

I didn't like the smoking room as it has a very strong cigarette odor but that's my fault for missing the details before booking so be mindful of it. The walk to the closest train station and convenient stores is about 15 mins; there is a bus stop in front that will take you to Nakano station though.
