Disappointing
Pros:

The agent of the accommodation cancelled our booking last minute on the afternoon of arrival which was New Year’s Eve. They failed to find alternative accommodation and didn’t even try. They cancelled and didn’t even communicate beyond cancelling our booking. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children flying from el nido to Manila for the first time. Apparently the owner decided to take an alternative booking I’m guessing because he was offered more money. Totally unacceptable and wouldn’t trust this accommodation for any future bookings New Year’s Eve or not!

Exceptional
Pros:

Great value and a nice option for family or a group of friends. Good location in Makati with a grocery downstairs and lots of food options around the area. Owner is very kind and accommodating.
