Já me hospedei neste hotel, mas dessa vez a experiência não foi boa. Ficamos no flat 1006, cama mais desconfortável impossível, deve ser da época de inauguração do hotel. Infelizmente. Da última vez ficamos em um quarto excelente, mas dessa vez foi bem diferente.
Outro ponto negativo é o estacionamento que não estava funcionando e ninguém informou. Tinha que parar o carro na rua e longe do hotel. Pelo preço que pagamos, poderiam no mínimo manter o manobrista ou pelo menos informar antecipadamente!

Hotel that trying to be luxury but failing
Pros:

Location and pool are the best parts of this hotel. Next to the popular beach (however you can't just walk down to the beach from hotel, you have to go around use the road, trough security checkpoint). The pool is nice and view of the river at dawn is awesome. Sounds insulation seems very good, which is critical considering how many drunk people we saw in the lobby and elevators.
Food in the restaurant was ok, but service was nice. When we came in, hostess was trying to tell us something but he did not speak English or Spanish so he gave up and got us a table. Few minutes later after we read menu we realized they are actually closed for the break before dinner (and forgot to flip sign on the door), but they took our order anyway.

Cons:

Host told me you "You will ask at the lobby for parking ( you will pay a one fee about R$50 ( one payment) during your staying" and that was a lie. You cannot get a parking in garage if you staying in "flat" (condo), only if you are booking hotel room. We asked twice different managers. We had to park on the street and the space there is very limited and mostly just a side parking without dedicated spots.
Many things in apartment were broken (coffee maker, range hood, door bell). The bed was hardest EVER. We do prefer firm mattresses but this one felt like you are sleeping directly on the floor (we had to collect towels and spare blankets and added underneath to make it bearable).
As far as hotel itself, the prices in pool bar and a small shop were eye watering. Every time you go to the pool you need to ask for a hand bend at reception desk, can't walk to the pool without it. There are no pool towels, need to bring your own. There are no umbrellas at the pool (saw 1 broken). Yes, umbrellas messing your Instagram photos but guys, we are only ~350 kilometers from equator!
