Pros:

Good location within walking distance to restaurants nice beach down the street South Beach

Cons:

Although it’s oceanfront to get to the beach you had to get down a sandy hill
It was noisy on weekend nights as the restaurant/bar downstairs

Very disappointing , but a great location

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was not as shown on the website .It was very tired and run down,
This wouldn’t have been so much of a problem if the bed cover and linens were not stained. The manager offered to change the bedding, and apologized profusely. We did not stay and drove home . The manager refunded us in full, without a fight which was great.

Exceptional
Pros:

This place is great. It’s not a five star with respect to decor but it’s a 10 star in my mind. Huge room with everything I needed. Ocean view. Tiki bar with great food, great drinks and great servers. I will be back for business trips so this will be my go to. I can’t wait for the next trip.
