We would definitely stay at this hotel again would love a location. Staff is wonderful. Food was also great and very cle

We loved the location of the hotel. Walkable to all the sites. The hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean!

Cons:

There was not anything that we did not like but we had a rainy day and would loved to have gone to the gym. No gym but it also states in the descriptions. There is no gym so I had no expectations of the gym either.

Top location in Kanazawa.
Pros:

Sanraku Kanazawa is an excellent choice for exploring the city, thanks to its prime location just a short walk from Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle. The staff was outstanding and quickly resolved an issue we had with cigarette smoke coming from a neighboring room, showing true professionalism and care. Highly recommended for travelers who want to fully enjoy Kanazawa’s historic landmarks and incredible local cuisine.

Cons:

While we had a wonderful stay, it’s important that the hotel enforces its non‑smoking rules inside the rooms to ensure guest comfort. We did experience cigarette smoke coming from a neighboring room, though the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally. This issue wasn’t unique to this hotel—we actually had to change rooms for the same reason at another property in Japan—so stronger enforcement would be appreciated across the board.

Lovely experience!
Pros:

Pros:

外観から内装まで金沢らしい金箔をイメージした感じで、すごくゴージャスで良かった。
スタッフの対応等ホスピタリティ溢れていてすごくよかった。
特にお風呂が私も彼もすごく気に入りました
2人で入ってもくつろげるくらい広々していて、朝食も金沢らしいすごく豪華な朝食を楽しめました。

Cons:

部屋に入った際のベットシーツが一部大きく破れていて目につく場所だったので気になりました
