Nulla, ho comprato una camera delux pagando una differenza doveva essere di mq 20 come da voi indicato, pavimento in moquette economica non ceramica o legno, bagno piccolo con sanitari per puffi, senza disimpegno sul corridoio, balcone minuscolo con affaccio nel retro sporchissimo, arredamento minimal economico, non è sul mare, non esiste la rampa obbligatoria per disabili, un 4 stelle senza facchinaggio o carrello, 4 stelle al massimo 2, colazione passabile 80% del cibo surgelato, ho pagato per il soggiorno del mio cucciolo 20 euro al giorno non è indicato da nessuna parte, mi stupisco di booking che propone queste strutture che non rispecchiano la verità dovreste verificare, probabilmente mi avete perso come cliente booking, ho letto delle recensioni che mi hanno lasciato perplesso per la veridicità

Lassen sie uns so beginnen: Das Hotel verspricht im BOOKING etwas anderes als es erfüllt. Klar:Keine Empfehlung - wir kommen nicht mehr. 2 Sterne und nicht 4 Sterne !

ZIMMER:
Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und im Detail verwahrlost. Eines unserer Bäder ( wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht ) verlor Wasser - Silkon fehlte und ich konnte in der Dusche - so schmal - nicht mal gerade stehen. Das ein Fenster in der Duschkabine ist, sehr eigenartig. Die Böden waren schmutzig. Von einer Nassreinigung wie das Hotel bei einer Rezenssion erwähnt, keine Spur. Das Hotel ist extrem laut - man hört alles und jeden. Unser Schlaf war zigfach in der Nacht zerissen. Erholungswert gleich Null. Noch was: Es muffelt im Zimmer, extrem feucht und komisch. Und das hat nicht mit der Bodenreinigung zu tun. Es ist einfach grauslig.

FRÜHSTÜCK:
Der Frühstücksraum ist wie in einer Jugenherberge. Brutal laut und die Küchenhilfe bringt alles in einen Nebenraum oder Küche und da fallen die Metalltüren hundertemale zu. Das Buffet ist sehr billig und einfach und der Platz zu klein. Qualität schwach.

GESTALTUNG:
Es gibt keine Launchmöbel, keine Pflanzen, nette Musik....Alles ist unbequem, hart, billig und lieblos gestaltet. Es gibt wahrscheinlich in der Hochsaison keine Parkplätze um das Haus - möchte gar nicht an die anderen Denken. Wir hatten im September Glück. Beim nächtlichen Rundgang durch die Gegend haben wir deutlich bessere und andere Hotels gefunden die gleich teuer und deutlich liebevoller gestaltet sind. Und haben direkte Lage am Strand und keinen Gehweg von 250m. Dass die Strassen durch Wurzeln beschädigt sind, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Aber es scheint in der Gegend seitens Stadtverwaltung sehr gesparrt zu werden.

BUCHUNG - HOMEPAGE:
Zudem ist das Versprechen bei der Bestellung verwirrend. Die Bilder sind super - aber deutlich überzogen und halten nicht das, was sie versprechen.

Spotless A definite future stay

best breakfast that side of Italy we stayed in 5 hotels this trip
Staff were lovely
Girls cleaning rooms were so good

We only learnt that that we had economy room too small for 2 big suitcases and 2 adults but still we managed

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.

Die Auswahl und Abwechslung bei den Speisen war sehr eingeschränkt. Es gab zu viele Süßspeisen.

Great stay near the sea with enough to eat for everyone
Pros:

The Brunch option is great. You can come down to eat breakfast, go for a quick swim in the sea and come back to get some lunch buffet. You can also come back after checkout to eat lunch. The options are sometimes a bit uninspired, but overall you will find something for yourself.
The rooms are quite nice and very modern with a private balcony. The beach is only 3 walking minutes away and there is a very small pool on the premises, if you don't want to walk.

Cons:

The rooms have very thin walls and doors so you hear basically everything your neighbors say. You will wake up if they have a dog or a small child.
Sadly our sink had a plumbing issue, where the water just wouldn't really flush down... hopefully they get to fix this.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima essendo a due isolati dal mari e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Colazione abbondante di buona qualità e varia. Ottimo servizio di colazione e brunch offerto fino alle 13.
Parcheggio disponibile sia a pagamento all'interno della struttura che gratuito lungo la strada.
Piscina idromassaggio di medie dimensioni in area tranquilla.
Il lido convenzionato ha una piscina coperta e una esterna, sia per bambini che adulti.

Cons:

Rampa per passeggini assente. Scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere e rumore della chiusura delle porte molto forte.
