Horrible and dirty
Pros:

I liked to location and that beach was right there walking distance

Cons:

There were alot of disappointing things with this property. 1st the conditions of the place in general. Picture on booking.com are truly misleading and I feel false advertising. The place is very run down. The steps are a hazard. They are rusted , corrosive and hazardous. All floors had some sort of big issue like pieces of wood on the floor trying to fix or cover up pieces missing. Same for the ceilings . Trash everywhere as well. And at night the parking areas are so dark its scary. There little lighting under where the walk ways are but that is very dim and limited all the other parking areas are extremely dark. Elevators are scary and dirty. Broken lights and makes so much noise I thought for sure it would break down so I choose to use stairs and I was on 3rd floor. I wouldn't even known about Elevators because they are hidden a worker told me about them and showed me. And that same worker 1st seen me with 4 small children and countless bags seen me struggling and seen me use the stairs 1st. After he seen me go up/ down 2 times finally on last trip with 2 bags then tells me about the stairs. I was so annoyed and tired I just told him thanks for telling me on my last trip. 😒. The pools were decent and thankfully we're heated as stated on web site but the could use some attention. I received so many text messages from owerri it was like ok lady I appreciate the communication but felt it was a bit much. I received the same text several times. Also when I checked in I was given an actual key to unlock doors and was asked to return key back to front desk once I open door. Once I arrived and unloaded my truck and going up/ down stairs I was exhausted. But I was texted several times in that 30 min span to return keys . And when I did make it down to front desk the man was like OMG there they are I was searching for those keys !!!!!! Like give me a minute to get situated.

I would never recommend anyone to stay
Pros:

I didn’t like anything

Cons:

The whole place
The fire alarms didn’t work .
There were holes in the ceilings and walls
The condo smelt like roach spray
And when I asked told the lady me or my kids didn’t feel safe her response was “ there is security and no one else has ever complained.”

Rude if you ask me
Wasn’t acceptable and she wasn’t even trying to be accommodating. I didn’t even stay there
A refund or half would have been nice .
Even the balcony felt like it was going to cave in , I did also take pictures but it won’t let me upload 😞
