Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting Ueno Park and Tokyo Zoo and museum. The choice of restaurants in the vicinity is wonderful and the market area nearby is a must see. It is also very close to the subway and overground railway stations. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a tasty and varied breakfast offering. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel has very limited common areas. There is no bar and the breakfast area becomes an external restaurant at night. There is really nowhere that one could relax and chat outside of the room.
