Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Tokyo !!!
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel : son emplacement, son personnel et son petit-déjeuner. C’est un endroit très agréable où séjourner à Tokyo. Il est également très proche d’une station de métro, ce qui est très pratique pour découvrir la ville. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Pros:

When I'm staying in Tokyo, I always stay at Mitsui Garden Ueno. It's location to train station and eating place is excellent. It's convenient to travel to various places by train or subway from Mitsui Garden Ueno.

Excellent location.
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right opposite JR Ueno Station via an overbridge. There is a metro station next door. The rooms are lovely and clean. The size isnt bad though for Tokyo standards. The room had excellent blackout curtains as well.

Cons:

The bed was pretty hard (common in Japan) + pillows flat. 5 minute + wait for lift often too. I did enjoy this hotel & would recommend it to others.

แต่ไม่ชอบการเช็คอินนานมากๆ เราไปกันคน แบบประมาณระบบโรงแรม หรือคนทำงานหน้าฟอนร์ ไม่คอยเตรียมความพร้อม
ห้องไม่ตรงปกเลย เราจองห้องไปเป็นเตียงคู่ เกือบ 10 ห้อง ผลปรากฎ รร บอกไม่มีมีแต่เตียงเดี่ยว จองล่วงหน้เป็นเดือน ถือว่าแย่มากๆ แถมช้ามาก เกือบ 1 ชั่วโมงกว่าจะได้ห้องพัก ให้คะแนนระบบการทำงาน 0

Great spot close to station and Ueno park
Pros:

Position is great. Staff at the reception were very good. Very comfortable beds.

Pros:

The location was extremely convenient and our room was a great value for what we paid for! It is right next to the subway and the JR line station. The panda room was so cute and it was nice to have a microwave and vending machine on our floor.

Cons:

I think the only thing I did not like was that the soap smelled a bit weird. I got my own soap to replace theirs. This was minor and easily replaceable.

An easy, no fuss stay.
Pros:

This hotel is well located in Ueno and on the Yamanote line. Exit no.1 form the station is beside the hotel, which give quick access to trains. The room was clean and had enough room for a couple. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of bilingual staff. There are great skyline views from the rooms.

Cons:

We didn't use the restaurant/bar as it was always busy which meant there were no common areas in the hotel. The pictures of the garden in the promotional shot are just that...there is no garden area or view of a garden.
