Pros:

open 24 hours was perfect for us! we were there for thunderdome which meant we were out super late/ early hours and being able to come and go as we chose to was great but also meant if we needed anything there was always a helpful member of staff there to assist us. having the cafe below is very useful too any time we wanted snacks or drinks they had stuff there to choose from. There was a young man working the night who was absolutely lovely to us and asked us about our plans, super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

we were on the first floor of the hotel and the stairs were so steep, manageable but kind of awkward to go up and down especially with big bags. the single beds were tiny definitely smaller than a single was very scared i’d fall off the top bunk ( didn’t though ) you also couldn’t really sit up on the bottom bunk my friend had a sore neck bless.

Een hele praktische locatie om te overnachten in Utrecht
Pros:

Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Kamer heeft alles wat een kamer nodig heeft. De entree via het cafetaria is wat ongebruikelijk maar werkt prima.

Pros:

Отель расположен в пешей доступности центра города. Персонал очень приветливый. Номер нам дали с пятью спальными местами, хотя нас было двое. Не знаю, как двухместный, но этот номер был достаточно просторным. Как человек занятый в гостиничном бизнесе, хочу отметить прекрасное постельное белье! Даже удивительно было видеть такое в этой довольно простой гостинице. Очень приятные шелковистые простыни! Так же матрас очень удобный. Мы хорошо выспались! В тот период,что мы жили, в гостинице было не много постояльцев, поэтому было тихо и внутри и на улице перед кафе. Хотя, да, стены тонкие, слышимость очень высокая. Крутая лестница нас не смутила. Но для мало мобильных гостей, она может вызвать затруднения.

Cons:

Весь интерьер гостиницы очень простой, а ля общежитие. Нам сильно не хватало чайника в номере. Этот маленький атрибут может сильно улучшить качество жизни в холодную погоду! Но, огромное спасибо персоналу, они в кафе нам наливали в кружки горячую воду для чая, просто неудобно было часто бегать за водой. Для примера, в одной из кофеен города с нас взяли 2 евро за стакан простого кипятка. Так как мы в номере только ночевали, а кровать и душ нас устроили полностью, то поставила бы отелю 10 из 10, если бы они добавили в номер чайник.
