It was clean and nicely located.

Value-for-money is good, although it is more a motel than a hotel. The location is okay, there are some restaurants in walking distance and if you use grab it’s fine. The staff wasn‘t exceptionally friendly but it was okay.
We didn‘t get the room we booked (no balcony, TV, view), but to be fair when we found out, we didn‘t ask to change rooms. The room wasn‘t very clean. The bedsheets were very outworn.
The room was okay, it was pretty modern and well organized.
The location wasn't good in my opinion, it was ok only because we rented a motorbike.. The communication with the hotel staff was really frustrating, they didn't respond to our messages, they barely spoke English and it was really hard communicating with them even when we used google translate. They weren't able to assist us with questions, bus tickets and so on.. There was also some bad smell in the room, so we tried to spend as much time as we could outside.
