Hotel Delhi Aerocity

It's my first time ever leaving a review on something, and I am glad to do it for the Hotel Delhi Aerocity near Delhi Airport because, even though I had just a night there at the beginning of my trip, the staff went above and beyond to make everything work. Highly recommended.

Very handy for the airport . The hotel is clean and ok, with a 24 hour front desk and hotel transfer. Recommend for days when you need to be near te airport.

The cleanliness and amenities are as expected for the price I paid. The room was not clean, sheets and towels had stains and felt damp.
The service however was excellent. The check in was fast and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
When I asked for samosa which weren't on the menu, he sent someone to pick it up and served it to me. He didn't even charge the delivery fee. Restaurant food was descent and well priced.

Hotel was good, but location outside was terrible. Too much traffic noise

Very good hotel for 1 night. The entrance is on the side, not on the street. Comfortable bed. Good food. Transportation service to the airport at low cost. I would return anytime to this hotel!

Room was very clean and service was excellent. I had little difficulty in finding the hotel but hotel staff was available on phone so I was able to locate it .

Overall, it was a nice stay

Good budget hotel if you are looking for few hours stop between flights. Breakfast is good, airport pick up/ drop off service is dependable, rooms are big and clean. I had issue with my room lock malfunctioning and water heater not working.

Don’t go on photos!!!!! location is next to flyover so it’s not walkable to almost anything. I had to hear construction work constantly while staying there. Room and bathroom is not as clean as I expected from 3 star hotel.

Everything good. Staff nice and quiet room.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating and willing to correct the issues without arguing
the sheet were soiled, that grossed me out. However, they did replace them.
The waiter sticked his finger int he rice when I told him it was cold.
There is an inappropriate poster on the restaurant wall with a naked woman (? that was surprising in India!). it's a family hotel they should take it down.

Staff and restaurant food were wonderful. Our room was ok. Nothing special. Hot water was good and hot. We asked for a second towel numerous times and never received it. There was some noise from outside and airplanes.
Taxi to/ from the airport is quick and convenient.

It’s totally low grade what they showed in pics . Bed sheets with yellow stains . On request they changed. Bathrooms cleaning terrible. Very bad experience. Not recommend .

Hotel is infested with swarms of mosquitoes. As soon as we entered room we were bitten from 3 to 5 places before we rushed out of room. They sprayed the room and we returned after couple of hours and fall asleep to catch early morning flight.
You could not tell if sheets and towels were washed. Linen was very old and worn out.

.Front desk person was very dishonest. They charged me 500 inr more than I booked on line. When I produced Visa he pretended and said the card does not got thru. I told him to process manually because nothing wrong with my card. He finally swiped my card and the amount was exactly what I booked online for. He was obviously dishonest.

1 room was left wide open when we arrived and locks appear to have been damaged and tampered. Looks like someone attempted to open it with screw drivers. Decided just to cancel it and go stay in descent place. Taxi driver also warned us the area is not safe for family stay.

Good for 1night stay to cater long layover.
Close to T3, clean and cozy room for the price.
Hotel offers paid airport pickup and drop off which is good.

Location of property, Cleanliness, and Politeness of staff.

Surprisingly a good property. Clean room & linen. Courteous staff

I Was not allowed to leave the airport because I had not cleared customs that would come later in Goa therefore I did not get to use the room I had paid for and do not expect a refund, not impressed

It had everything I needed. They even cooked up some decent food from the restaurant at 1am. I had to head back to the airport so skipped Breakfast

It was more than okay. The staff looked after us really well. There was a mix up with the pick up from the airport, but the return trip was fine. The rooms are more than adequate and the staff very friendly. Will stay again.
