Only the location
I don't even know how to start.
I booked 2 rooms there and when I arrived the queen room wasn't available anymore.
The receptionist who spoke little English put me in a very damp and smelly room at the very back of the hotel.
He said he would move me to the queen room next day, which never happened.
I was constantly harassed by all different receptionist asking me to cancel the booking on booking.com so they would not have to pay for the website fee.
Even at night when I came back home at night they would try to make me sign some sort of disclaimer.
The whole thing was beyond dodgy and I would not reccomended this place at all.
Ac worked well and our large queen room was spacious.
Beds are very firm, more firm than any other bed I tried in Vietnam. WiFi hardly worked during our stay. We had a room on the 6th floor and was out of reach of the lobby wifi. Ended up having to use the wifi from the hotel next door.
Our shower didn't drain properly and there were small bugs on the nightstand.
Despite all the issues our stay was decent and it worked just fine for a last minute booking.
Location was perfect, helpful staff nice lobby.

The rooms are old and duerty with the smell of smoking. Some rooms don't have windows
1. The room was dirty and not prepared for guests.
2. Some old food was not taken from the fridge, it was disgusting.
3. The WC was old and destroyed
4. Only personnel was kind
