Great location, convenient and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Overall liked my stay. personally do not like basement rooms and having no window, would have like to have known before arriving. Other friends staying in same hotel so probably would have stayed there anyway for the price and convenience. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Everything was on our doorstep.

Cons:

Shower - no recess to retain the water which made whole bathroom floor wet.

Clean and great location.
Pros:

I stayed in the patio room on the first floor next to reception. The service and staff were great. They even turned off the doorbell for me because it was a bit loud in the mornings. They were so sweet about it.
