I can't recommend booking this place via booking.com, it will just result in them giving you the cheapest unoccupied room. It's not meant to use this way. I wouldn't say that the evening was ruined, but it was definitely not what we expected.

Cons:

We came early to drop our luggage and were asked which room we wanted. We chose a room and got confirmation. Then when we arrived at check-in (8pm) we were told this room is not available and got a random room which was smoking (we could small it and see ashtrays) despite specifically asking for non-smoking, and had broken appliances (tv above jacuzzi was broken).

The staff doesn't speak any English (understandable) but also didn't want to communicate via the translation app.

We checked the room and it was cheaper than what we paid for it via booking,

Cons:

Het is een zogenaamd “Love Hotel” wat jullie niet vermelden op je site. Ik voel mij ook opgelicht aangezien de prijs € 257,00 per nacht vele hoger is dan als jezelf op de website van het hotel een nacht zou boeken.

Het is onhygiënisch, oud bed wat doorgezakt is.

De prijs was veel te hoog voor 1 nacht en ook nog pas om 20.00 u kunnen inchecken. Ik vraag een tegemoetkoming van € 100,00 in de vorm van een tegoedbon.
