Perfect. Would stay again

The sauna.
We didn't like that all the rooms were nasty and old full of dust everywhere. It has not been dusted in years. We also did not like being scammed by the staff & owner who guaranteed us a refund, & so we left early. It turns out, it was a trick. The staff called his boss, got the okay for us to leave two days early without having to pay for those two days. The employee even submitted the "refund request" through my phone to them on Booking.com, assuring us he'd accept it right away and we'd be refunded. This is the only reason we left early. They end up denying the request & then ignoring all of our messages. They've no shame, no honor, & their word means nothing at the Towers Hotel. It's a sketchy place & incredibly unclean. Even by American standards, it would be shut down. But this being Japan, you expect even higher standards! And I don't think they would have dared stole from us by committing fraud if we weren;t foreigners. Thus us revealed that this establishment has a natural disdain for foreigners. We've always had great experiences in Japan. I know most Japanese are not like this. But foreigners aren't safe at Towers Hotel. Nor is anyone's health safe. We have pics & video. We were sneezing up a storm & getting sick from all the dust & dirt. There are no standards at that place, which is really odd for Japan.

Thus it is revealed that this establishment has a natural disdain for foreigners & knows they're easier to victimize in Japan. We've always had great experiences in Japan. I know most Japanese are not like this. We speak only of this establishment, The Towers Hotel. Foreigners aren't safe at The Towers Hotel. They should not be allowed on Booking.com.
