That nothing worse than theft was done to us by The owner of Towers Hotel in Osaka and his nasty minions.
All the rooms were nasty full of dust everywhere. My wife and I were scammed by the staff & owner who guaranteed us a refund. It turns out, it was a trick. The staff called his boss, got the okay for us to leave two days early without having to pay for those last which we were not staying. The employee even submitted the "refund request" through my phone on Booking.com, assuring us he'd accept it right away & we'd be refunded, & so we left. This is the only reason we left early. They then deny the request two days later. They then ignor all of our messages when they always responded before. This a sketchy place & incredibly unclean, even by American standards. This place would be shut down in America based on health hazard alone, not to mention the criminal activity perpetrated. This being Japan, you expect much higher standards than America! I don't believe they would have dared stole from us by pre-meditatively committing fraud if we weren't foreigners.
Thus it is revealed that this establishment has a natural disdain for foreigners. They also know they're easier to victimize in Japan, the land of no crime rate because the "police" refuse to report crime or do justice by any "foreigner". To see evidence of this dishonorable & shameful Japanese mentality, just watch any fights (UFC, etc.) that have taken place in Japan. The Japanese "judges" make the Japanese "fighter" who lossed, win every time! No shame! No honor! Disgraceful. They're not grateful, so stop helping them or supporting them in any way & see how they fair. We've always had great experiences in Japan. I know most Japanese are not like this, except for their mentality. We speak only of this establishment, The Towers Hotel. Foreigners aren't safe at The Towers Hotel. They should not be allowed on Booking.com who refuses to do anything. We have pics & video.
