Pros:

Clean, beautiful room. Option to book private onsen for a fee is nice. Tea set in room was a very nice touch. The amenities were replaced daily and of very good quality, specifically the bath salts and skinscare set

環境格局舒適，備品毛巾用得很好，床寢具都舒適，有浴場、有連網電視，地理位置很方便，下大雪時附近就有東西吃。

Cons:

沒有飲水機，只給瓶裝水，沒有自助洗衣機，送洗服務也只有乾洗，住比較多天就要手洗衣服。

Great great hotel—stay here and you will be happy!
Pros:

Wonderful property with very nice spacious rooms with great amenities. Great spa and onsen baths and gym. Views of city and harbor. Convenient train station location with easy walk to center of town restaurants and museums. Superb.
