Wow! One of the best hotels in Japan!
Pros:

The location is right above Aomori Train Station and Shopping Centre, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast had a very good selections (heaps of healthy options). The facilities are very good. The gym is a little small, the women onsen only has onsen and no sauna, the lounge had happy hours with free drinks and snacks. The rooms are clean and provided daily cleaning. Love the bath powder to use in the tub. They also have luggage forwarding / delivery service to next hotel or airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning to go to Aomori. We didn’t drive, so we can’t comment on parking.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect as it's attached to the train station and the mall. Lots of dining options around. The onsen was amazing with multiple bath options.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was great.

本人因見到有住客分享面向大橋方向客房相片才入住，開門後見到想要嘅風景非常開心。加上位置方便，若有機會會再入住。
Pros:

位置非常放便，一出車站轉左手邊就有電梯真上酒店大堂。

Cons:

床頭及被有汗味，因只是其中一角有味，起初以為聞錯。
應該是上一手住客沒有洗澡或運動完後沒有清潔就上床，由於酒店基本上只會更換床單，所以未有發現及作出更換。

Great location, Super clean. Super great onsen.
Pros:

Super great location. It was super cold outside. We had dinner at the restaurants downstairs in the shopping mall without going out (though more and better options outside of shopping mall). I brought my mother to stay here for two nights. 1st day in Japan and last day in Japan.

Cons:

We paid JPY 3500 each for breakfast on site, after the 1st night in Japan. Would be great if the hotel could offer special pricing for residents.
