WiFIと冷蔵庫の飲み物の価格が是正されれば、とても良いホテルです

朝食の品数と味、設備に大満足
温泉設備とラウンジも満足
ラウンジでカクテルを作ってくれた女性スタッフのサービスがとても良かった

WiFiが遅くてつながりにくい
冷蔵庫のビール中瓶が2700円もした
Spaコーナーのラウンジに、有料でも良いので酒がほしい

A wonderful relaxing hotel with great food!
Pros:

I loved this hotel. I chose the hotel because it has an Onsen bath, and it was wonderful, very clean and well maintained and the Silky Bath in the women's bathhouse was just divine! All the staff were fantastic, from the Front Office to the Wellness Centre to the Restaurant, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and valued. I had dinner in the French/Aomori Gastronomy Restaurant, and the experience was amazing, I would go back just for that dinner! Not cheap, but for that level of fine dining it was good value! The breakfast was also extremely delicious. Location was wonderful, right next to the train station and with everything around it I didn't need to walk far!

Cons:

I had to swap pillows as the pillow in the room was very hard, but that was done very efficiently from the front desk so no problems. However the bed mattress is very firm, and by the end of the 3rd night my back was giving me a lot of problems. I feel there could have been a more comfortable mattress, but maybe that's because I am a westerner.

应该多住几晚
Pros:

干净，地址好，出门就是本地市集、海滩、美食。酒店活动也很丰富，瑜伽等

Cons:

一般都是 12:00 退房，酒店硬性要求 11:00 延时就要收费。早餐结束太早 10:00 严格结束，缺乏一定的人性化和温度。
